Do you wish to play in ALLIANCE more frequently and do not want to fill out a Guest Request every day?  There is no path to be an included member, but with the purchase of our Monthly Lesson, we will add you to the Alliance guest list and keep you activated as a guest until 11:59am on the last day of the month.

Guest status to participate in ANY of Alliance's games until 11:59am on the last day of the month with any INCLUDED MEMBERS or other SEMI-PERMENANT GUESTS (Monthly lesson and pass holders)
 
Activation Notice:
You guest pass starts 48 hours AFTER the day you sign-up at 10amEST and will not be prorated, adjusted or credited.  If you sign up on the 25th of the month, your pass is still only good until the last day of the same month.  (e.g. If you sign up on a Monday at 10:01amEST, your pass will not activate until Thursday at 10:100amEST.)
 
The links to your Monthly LIVE! class and downloadable class will arrive in your confirmation email.  LIVE! class is always scheduled for the SECOND WEDNESDAY of the month at 8pmEST and will run 60 minutes (Note: date and time changes may be necessary during holidays or due to conflicts in scheduling at any time).  Please check your spam folder for your confirmation email and keep it safe.  
 
Terms:
Attendance to the class is not required.  Failure to attend will not create a credit or refund.
Downloading the lesson is not required.  Failure to download will not create a credit or refund.
Participation in Alliance games is not required.  Failure to participate in our games will not create a credit or refund.
Guest status begins 48 hours AFTER you complete this registration.  If you want to play in today's game, it is NOT possible.  If you want to play in a game tomorrow, you MUST click and fill out the daily guest registration form on our home page BEFORE 10am the day BEFORE the game is to launch.
Guest Pairs must register their own passes and are subject to the same terms listed above.  
Semi-Permenant Guests and Pass holders may NOT play in a game as a guest pair with a daily guest holder.  You will forfeit your monthly pass and any future guest admittance.  Daily guest passes are reserved for ONLY our included members and their guests.
Availability of the Lesson/ Guest Pass. Each month, our guest alloance number changes by the terms set forth by the ACBL.  We cannot guarantee your pass.  We will do our best to remove the option to purchase this package when we reach our limit and if you should purchase a pass after we are full, we will promptly refund your pass wiht our apologies.  This term is out of our hands and there cannot be any recourse or action.  We are not liable.
Credit Card chargebacks will be liable for a $25 cancellation fee, in addition to, and not limited to, any additional fees imposed by the merchant and banks.  Any person who attempts to cancel or claim that this charge was made fraudulently will also be banned from being a future guest of Alliance. 
 
Troubleshooting your status (there are (3) types of membership of players):
 
ALLIANCE INCLUDED MEMBER is a person who has played in the live clubs of Alliance from Jan 1, 2019 to Covid Shutdown date or NEW MEMBERS OF THE ACBL that use add and Alliance club sanction number to the ACBL MEMBERSHIP registration form .  There is NO other path to INCLUDED MEMBERSHIP.  To check if your already an included member, ask them to see if Alliance games pop up in their game list when they log onto BBO, click COMPETITIVE, then click VIRTUAL CLUBS). 
 
SEMI-PERMENANT GUEST is a non-member person who completes this lesson package and registration. To check your activation, log onto BBO and search PEOPLE for VACB266064.  Open the profile and change the "relationship" to FOLLOW.  If the VACB266064 button turns a bright blue, you are actively a guest and can play.  If it turns grey, you are not yet activated.  Leave the relationship in follow mode so you can check back at any time.  Non-members can find our games and register to play by clicking COMPETITIVE, then ALL TOURNAMENTS and typing ALLIANCE into the search feed. The games that are upcoming within 2 hours will appear.
 
DAILY GUEST is a non-member person who fills out a guest request form on the Guest Request page.  Daily guests are added 24 hours in advance for a 1-day pass and deleted every night.  Guest requests are not guaranteed and will be honored in the order they are recieved, based on availability.  To check your activation, log onto BBO and search PEOPLE for VACB266064.  Open the profile and change the "relationship" to FOLLOW.  If the VACB266064 button turns a bright blue, you are actively a guest and can play.  If it turns grey, you are not yet activated.  Leave the relationship in follow mode so you can check back at any time.  Non-members can find our games and register to play by clicking COMPETITIVE, then ALL TOURNAMENTS and typing ALLIANCE into the search feed. The games that are upcoming within 2 hours will appear.
