Guest Availability and Activation Information:

All guest requests MUST be made in advance.  NO SAME DAY ADDS will be made after Feb 1, 2021: 

​

• DAILY GUEST requests must be made the day BEFORE by 10amEST.  As of Feb 1, 2021, Alliance will no longer add guests the day of any requests.  This greatly alters our allowance %, risks our online game sanctions and is time consuming for our directors who are already very busy.

  • Daily guests will be deleted at the end of every day.  ​

  • Guests are limited to 3 Daily Guest requests per month

Terms of Daily Guest:

• You should be playing in your home club game whenever possible.  Playing in an alliance game should be reserved for the occasional game with friends and family who are included members.  Supporting your home club is the most important thing you can due while their live club cannot be open.  

• Guest status begins 24 hours AFTER your member partner completes the request form.  If you want to play in today's game, it is NOT possible.  If you want to play in a game tomorrow, you MUST click and fill out the daily guest registration form on our home page BEFORE 10am the day BEFORE the game is to launch.  You must include the day and time of the game you wish to play in and your BBO username on the form.  Any form with missing information will be skipped.  We do confirm your guest status.  Use the troubleshooting info above to see if your pass was granted.

• Requests made AFTER 10amEST for the next day, are not guaranteed and will not rollover to the next day.

• Guest Pairs may NOT request a daily pass, only option is a lesson/guest pass.  

• Guest Pairs must prove that their home club game does not have a game option for them to play in.

• Availability of a Daily Guest pass changes daily.   Requests will be honored in the order they are received, based on availability. 

• We are not responsible and take no liability for WiFi connection issues, disconnection issues, etc., related to playing on BBO.

• We are not responsible for any credits or refunds due to ZT violations, ACBL disciplinary actions or BBO's removal of your ability to participate on their website.

• SEMI-PERMANENT Lesson/ Guest Month Pass registrations can be purchased at any time, if available and take 48 hours to activate.  Mid-month registrations will not be prorated, adjusted or credited.  If you sign up on the 25th of the month, your pass is still only good until the last day of the same month.  (e.g. If you sign up on a Monday at 10:01amEST, your pass will not activate until Thursday at 10:100amEST.)

  • With this option, you are purchasing (2) lessons (the Guest monthly pass is gratis):

    • a LIVE! Interactive Playing lesson with Silvana Morici and a downloadable lesson by Sylvia McNamara.  The links to your Monthly LIVE! class and downloadable class will arrive in your confirmation email after you complete your registration (Please check your spam folder for your confirmation email and keep it safe).  The LIVE! class is always scheduled for the SECOND WEDNESDAY of the month at 8pmEST and will run 60 minutes (Note: date and time changes may be necessary during holidays or due to conflicts in scheduling at any time).  

Terms of Semi-permanent Lesson/ Guest Month Pass:

• Attendance to the LIVE! class is not required.  Failure to attend, for any reason, will not create a credit, make-up class or refund.  Admittance to this class is through Alliance and has nothing to do with BestBridgeLessons.com, SagamoreBridgeClub.com, SagamoreatSea.com or any other classes offered by Silvana Morici, including any lesson offerings she has on Alliance's website.

• Downloading Sylwia's lesson is not required.  Failure to download will not create a credit, make-up class or refund.  This downloadable file is created through Alliance and has nothing to do with TheBridgeDeck.com or any other classes offered by Sylwia McNamara, including any lesson offerings she has on Alliance's website.

• Participation in Alliance games is not required.  Failure to participate in our games will not create a credit or refund.

• Guest status begins 48 hours AFTER you complete this kind of registration.  If you want to play in today's game, it is NOT possible.  

• Guest Pairs must register their own passes and are subject to the same terms here.  

• Semi-Permenant Guests and Pass holders may NOT play in a game as a guest pair with a daily guest holder.  If you do, you will forfeit your monthly pass and any future guest admittance.  Daily guest passes are reserved for ONLY our included members and their guests.

• Availability of the Lesson/ Guest Pass. Each month, our guest allowance number changes by the terms set forth by the ACBL.  We cannot guarantee your pass or availability when you register.  We will do our best to remove the option to purchase this package when we reach our limit and if you should purchase a pass after we are full, we will promptly refund your pass with our regrets and apologies.  This term is out of our hands and there cannot be any recourse or action.  We are not liable.

• We are not responsible and take no liability for WiFi connection issues, disconnection issues, etc., related to playing on BBO.

• We are not responsible for any credits or refunds due to ZT violations, ACBL disciplinary actions or BBO's removal of your ability to participate on their website.  

• Credit Card chargebacks will be liable for a $25 cancellation fee, in addition to, and not limited to, any additional fees imposed by the WIX, financial merchant and banks involved.  Any person who attempts to cancel or claim that this charge was made fraudulently will also be banned from being a future guest of Alliance permanently.

BE KIND, PLAY FAIR

Alliance follows a strict ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY for all players, regardless of their included or guest status.  We reserve the right to bench players for violating the ZT Policy at any time, for any reason.  If you violate the ZT policy as a guest, you will be removed immediately, forfeit any monthly guest pass, refunds, etc.  If you are removed for a ZT violation, you risk not being able to play in our games in the future.

If you are caught cheating, participating in unethical behaviors, talking on the phone with a partner, texting unauthorized info, etc. (this includes a string of suspected odd leads, bids, etc), you will be removed immediately and reported to the ACBL.  If you are removed for these reason, you risk not being able to play in our games in the future, and any and all ACBL clubs, games or events.
